Family-friendly 3D platformer
Super Lucky’s Tale is a colourful 3D platformer and sequel to Lucky’s Tale. If you’re a fan of 90s platformers like Banjo-Kazooie or its more recent spiritual successor, Yooka-Laylee, this might be the game for you. You play as Lucky, a spunky fox who’s on a mission to reclaim the Book of Ages from the evil Jinx. While this isn’t a revolutionary story, the game does do what it sets out to: provide a fun, family-friendly platformer experience. Super Lucky’s Tale includes all the platformer staples, including coin and item collection, simple puzzles, a variety of worlds, and boss battles. For a change of pace, the game even offers occasional 2D gameplay.
